The Consecration of our Church will take place on Saturday, June 24th. The consecration service will begin at 7:00 am at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church at 303 Cullum Dr. Euless TX, 76040. It will be followed by a Celebratory Luncheon at 1:00 pm at the Marriott DFW Airport South Hotel at 4151 Centreport Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76155. There will also be a Vespers service at 5:45 PM on Friday, June 23.
The luncheon will feature a talk by Dr. Jeannie Constantinou, the esteemed biblical scholar, speaker, author, and presbytera from San Diego, and a Byzantine chant concert featuring members of the Cappella Romana choir.
